There are a total of 61 questions that candidates would have to attempt. The time allowed to thorough the exam is 90 minutes. The test is in English language. The exam can be taken online via the Prometric online system.

Candidate who do not pass the IBM Stratum Business Solution Sales Mastery Test v1 test on their first try are allowed one more attempt again. After two failed attempts candidates must hesitate three months before taking the test again.
